DATA PROTECTION
Thank you for visiting our website and for your interest in our products and services. The protection of personal data is very important to us. In the following, we would like to inform you about the information we collect during your visit to our website and how it is used so that you feel safe when visiting our pages.
1. Responsible for data processing
VTS Voß Technology Systems GmbH

2. Personal data
Personal data is individual information about personal or factual circumstances of a specific or identifiable natural person. This includes information such as your real name, your address, your telephone number, your position and your company. Information that is not directly associated with your real identity – such as the number of users of a site – is not personal data.
3. General data collection when calling up our website
When using the website for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not register or otherwise transmit information to us, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server (so-called server log files). This information includes the IP address, type and version of the web browser used, the operating system used, the website from which you came and the time of the request. Server log files are technically necessary in order to display our website to you and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is therefore the legitimate interest according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO). This is therefore not a special function of our website. The information collected in this way is evaluated statistically by us.
4. Collection and processing of personal data
You may be asked to provide personal information. Answering these questions is voluntary. We use the personal data you provide exclusively for the purpose of providing you with individual support, i.e. generally to answer your enquiry. Beyond that, the personal data you provide will not be stored or passed on for any other purpose. We assure you that your data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
5. Right of data subjects
In connection with the processing of your data, you have the right to information according to Art. 15 DSGVO, the right to correction according to Art. 16 DSGVO, the right to deletion according to Art. 17 DSGVO, the right to restriction of processing according to Art. 18 DSGVO, the right to object according to Art. 21 DSGVO and the right to data portability according to Art. 20 DSGVO. The restrictions according to §§ 34 and 35 BDSG apply to the right to information and the right to deletion. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 DSGVO in conjunction with § 19 BDSG).
6. Contacting us by e-mail or contact form
When you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide will be stored by us in order to answer your questions. The legal basis for the processing of this data, which is transmitted in the course of sending an enquiry, is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO (legitimate interests of us as the responsible party). If the request is aimed at the conclusion or performance of an existing contract, the additional legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO (performance of a contract). Insofar as we also request input via our contact form that is not required for contacting us, we have marked this as optional. We use this information to specify your request and to improve the processing of your request. The optional information is provided on a voluntary basis. Your personal data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In addition, you have the option to object to data processing at any time. In this case, all personal data stored in the course of contacting you will be deleted, provided that no legal retention periods need to be fulfilled. Otherwise, processing will be restricted.
7. Data transmission
As a matter of principle, your data will not be transferred to third parties unless we are legally obliged to do so, or the transfer of data is necessary for the performance of the contractual relationship, or you have previously expressly consented to the transfer of your data.
8. Use of cookies
When you use our website, cookies are stored on your computer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive in relation to the browser you are using and which provide the party setting the cookie with certain information. Cookies cannot execute programs or transfer viruses to your computer. They are used to make the website as a whole more user-friendly and effective.
The legal basis for possible processing of personal data by means of cookies and their storage period may vary. Insofar as you have given us your consent (which can be revoked at any time for the future), the legal basis is Art.6 para.1 p.1 lit.a DSGVO. Insofar as the data processing is based on our overriding legitimate interests, the legal basis is Art.6 para.1 p.1 lit.f DSGVO. In this case, you have the right to object to the processing under the legal conditions (Art. 21 DSGVO).
In addition, you can configure your browser settings according to your preferences and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. Please note that you may then not be able to use all functions of this website.
